Oriane organised everything for my O trek last March (2023). Everything was well communicated to me and everything was perfectly organised as committed from accommodation at Puerto Natales to the bus tickets to get to the park and back, to my food and accommodation on the trek. Everything was perfect. I only had to be present on the day.. If you want a hassle free experience in Torres del Paine, go with Oriane!

She took care of all the necessary bookings, campsites, refugios, park entry tickets, busses, so we were able to enjoy our trek worry-free. I booked the O Trek with Oriane last February. It was such a pleasure dealing with Oriane. She was so quick to respond and always with a lot of good grace and efficiency. Everything was organized perfectly and my trek, which was fantastic, went off without a hitch. For anyone who’s tried to book this trek independently, you will know the headache of dealing with multiple sites. Oriane took all this headache away from me. And I Ioved the personalised itinerary that she provided me with. I can’t recommend her highly enough! Definitely a 5/5
